📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Embroidered or custom items: 3–7 business days

  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST begin processing the next business day

Processing times do not include shipping transit times.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through major U.S. carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order is selected based on the best available rate and delivery speed at the time of fulfillment.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier pricing.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Fulfillment & Third‑Party Production

Some products are fulfilled through third‑party production partners. Depending on the items ordered, products may ship separately at no additional cost.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to countries or regions restricted by U.S. law, including embargoed nations as defined by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

One Percent Golf is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages resulting from address errors

  • Additional carrier fees for address corrections

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at support@onepercentgolfnc.com.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Lost: File a claim with the carrier

  • Stolen: Contact local authorities and the carrier

  • Damaged: Email us within 7 days with photos of the damage

We will assist with carrier claims when possible.


Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


Delays & Force Majeure

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Supply chain issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Federal or state emergencies

These delays are outside of our control.


International Shipping

If international shipping becomes available in the future:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees will be the responsibility of the customer

  • Delivery times will vary by country

  • Packages may be delayed by customs inspections
